I'm a penultimate Software Engineering student at the University of Canterbury, passionate about building meaningful solutions through technology. I enjoy working with others to develop applications, wokring with data, and learning new programming languages and frameworks through the projects.

Outside the classroom, I’ve worked as a university mentor in 2025 and now as a Mentor Lead of the program, where I work alongside other Mentor Leads to oversee, support, and provide training for a team of 30 mentors who support first-yer students in their transition to university life.

I am also involved with UC's Women in Tech Society as the Head of Marketing, where I lead a team of 2 Marketing Officers to promote the society and its events to the university community. We design merchandise and create social media content to engage with our members.

This 2025/26 summer, I had the opportunity to work as a Software Engineering Intern at HamiltonJet, where I researched and created a proposal to implement magnetic sensoring technology into their jet boat controller. This experience taught me a lot about embedded software development and the importance of considering hardware constraints when designing software solutions.
